I utilize all of my training, experience and gifts to help others through counseling.            I use person centered, solution focused, trauma informed and holistic approaches. I believe that every part of you is important and that everyone can find what they seek and achieve a balance. If you want to work together to take the first step towards helping yourself I am happy to be of service. We will work together taking things one step at a time to identify what the problem is and how we can make it better!
