Click on the Psychology Today link and you can view my profile and search for other counselors and mental health specialists.                                   I recommend reading the profiles and if you  like what you read...try that counselor!                           I also recommend giving the counselor at least  3 sessions, the first one is usually paperwork, the second is getting to know each other, the third and beyond, you're developing a therapeutic relationship.                                            If there is a problem or you're not connecting, I recommend letting the counselor know. They may be able to adjust and help you feel more comfortable or at least recommend who might be a good fit for you.                                              Don't give up! You might have to check out a few counselors before you find the right fit.         Trust me it's worth it! Hang in there!

INTEGRITY USA.

To our lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender brothers, sisters and siblings: “The Episcopal Church welcomes you!”

In 1976, the General Convention of The Episcopal Church declared that “homosexual persons are children of God who have a full and equal claim with all other persons upon the love, acceptance, and pastoral concern and care of the Church" (1976-A069). With the help of organizations such as Integrity USA, the church has continued its work toward full inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT)  in 2015, the canons of the church were changed to make the rite of marriage available to all people, regardless of gender.
