Hello Everyone! I know that things are really stressful right now! At least they are for me! NO HUGS! Angela has been helping me remember to breathe and that I do have some control right now! I can choose what to do with my time and choose what I focus on!
I'm trying to focus on drawing right now but I keep thinking about the Coronavirus and worrying that we will run out of toilet paper! (Yes, Owls use the bathroom too!)
And I worry that we will run out of food and what will happen if Angela can't work enough, will we run out of money? Will I be out of a home? It's enough to make my head spin around!
Angela reminded me to focus on the positive. We have enough food and toilet paper right now, we have a place to live and we are going to be okay!
Angela is still working using teletherapy and I still have an important job as an Emotional Support Owl! Okay, so I have a choice. I can focus on scary, negative things or I can focus on positive, uplifting, happy things! Well, I am choosing to focus on the good stuff! I feel better! I don't feel anxious anymore!
I am going to go take a little flight around and Angela is disinfecting the office, again.
