Hello Beautiful!

My name is Sage! I an Emotional Support Owl! I live in Angela's office. Angela is a Mental Health Counselor. She listens. She's a good listener! She helps people be heard, learn new coping skills and helps them feel better when they are struggling with emotional and mental health problems. She is good at helping people with depression, anxiety, grief and especially emotional eating and eating disorders that have lead to obesity. My job is to provide emotional support and comfort to Angela and her clients. I also share some of my wisdom and insights with Angela. I love hugs and don't mind being hugged tightly!
