NOW OFFERING TELETHERAPY!
Sometimes there are circumstances that make it difficult or prevent clients from coming into the office. To help serve you better I now offer teletherapy! If you are interested please contact me for more information!
Prior to your first session - you will have to email or USPS mail me your intake forms. Please have payment ready via credit card. I will take the payment over the phone at the time of your session. If you need to pay another way I will accept a check via USPS mail. Understand that I must receive payment for your current session to have your next session unless you have arranged differently with me in advance. You are welcome to pay for sessions ahead of time as well.
When using Telehealth services, in addition to the information in the Telehealth consent. Please take note of the following:
Please do not hang out in the waiting room unless you have an appointment.
If you are having trouble connecting check the following:
1. Is your computer connected to the internet?
2. Are you using a Doxy.Me compatible browser? Chrome, Firefox, or Safari?
3. Are your webcam and sound turned on?
If you are still having problems or it is 5 minutes into your session and we have not connected please CALL ME at 716-271-5830.
